Browsing the Site, contacting us, or booking a strategy call does not create a client relationship or any binding obligation to provide services. Any consulting or development work we perform is governed by a separate written agreement between Integ Analytics and the client, which will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the "Integ Analytics" name and branding, the WAVES™ methodology, page design, and code — are owned by or licensed to Integ Analytics LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, except that you may share links to the Site and quote brief excerpts with attribution.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and tools (for example, our scheduling provider, Tableau Public, or LinkedIn) that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.
